Job Description
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A
STORE KEEPER — DRUG STORES (THALAWATHUGODA)
JOB PROFILE
- Tracking stock levels, managing inventory records and raising request to the supply chain on time.
- Receive correct items according to the receiving guideline and raise GRNs within the stipulated time period.
- Carry out random stock counts, practice first in first out in order to ensure inventory accuracy as per the guideline given by the company.
- Maintain clean and organize store environment including racks/display and product placement.
- Ensure all non-moving and short expiry drug items will be returned to the suppliers within the stipulated grace period.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Dynamic individual who passed G.C.E. O/L and G.C.E A/L Examination.
- Diploma/ Certificate in Storekeeping or Inventory Management.
- Candidate with minimum 5 years of experience in similar role in Hospital industry is preferable.
- Possessing a diploma or external pharmacist certificate with SLMC registration will be an added advantage.
- IT literacy with ERP knowledge, and public relation skills.
- With excellent communication, interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and maintain integrity.
