OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE MANAGER
HANWELLA
We are hiring an experienced Operations Excellence Manager to drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing sites. This strategic role focuses on enhancing quality, safety, cost, delivery, and employee engagement through lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational efficiency practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Strategy:
- Develop and execute a continuous improvement roadmap.
- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives.
- Implement SOPs, visual tools, and track performance via KPIs.
- Project Management:
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects with clear ROI and timelines.
- Training & Capability Building:
- Deliver training and mentor teams on Lean tools and problem-solving (5S, RCA, DMAIC).
- Technology & Systems Optimization:
- Optimize ERP systems (e.g., SAP), promote automation, and enable data-driven decisions.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure initiatives align with safety and environmental standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or Manufacturing; Master’s/MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in manufacturing, including 3+ years in operational excellence.
- Lean Six Sigma certified (Green/Black Belt).
- Experienced in fast-paced factory settings and change management.
- Strong knowledge of TPM, TQM, ISO, HACCP, and GMP.
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and effective in team-based, high-pressure environments.
- Skilled in incident reporting and escalation communication.
