EXECUTIVE —PRODUCTION (SHIFT BASED)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Executive - Production. The ideal candidate will be in charge of the overall production operation to manage day to day activities and having proactive professional with a strong background in production management and a commitment to quality and efficiency. We seek someone with excellent organizational skills, the ability to oversee production processes, and a dedication to meeting deadlines. Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend morning meeting, present previous day’s production figures and discuss daily production issues, gather necessary information for daily production plan in order to maintain an uninterrupted production process.
  • Attend to pre-production meeting and understand technical requirements, machine settings, programming and quality standards in order to understand all necessary information for a smooth operation.
  • Give leadership to Coordinators and Supervisors to ensure that management system is properly followed to achieve the given KPIs.
  • Plan the daily production by giving necessary advice & information to the Coordinators and Supervisors in order to achieve production targets on time.
  • Actively involve in daily production process by making on time decisions, trouble shooting, waste controlling, bottle necks, packing issues etc. in order to ensure effective utilisation of resources.
  • Manage, maintain & present production reports on time in order to ensure the accuracy of information.
  • Develop and maintain good industrial relations with employees, motivate and monitor employees in order to ensure appropriate & conducive work environment.
  • Ensure all subordinate are well aware and adhere to all aspects of health and safety, house keeping procedures / practices / standards in order to sustain hazard free environment.
  • To drive problem solving culture within the department in order to minimize deviations.
  • Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by the management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Physical Science / Production Engineering/ NDT or any relevant professional qualifications.
  • 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in production machinery, technology, people management skills.
