As we continue to scale, we're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual with a passion for numbers and revenue optimisation to join our team.
Role Overview:
As a Revenue & Operations Executive, you will play a key role in maximising revenue performance and ensuring operational efficiency across our platform. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone with strong analytical acumen, a commercial mindset, and hospitality experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and optimise RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy to meet revenue targets
- Manage and update listings across major OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, etc.)
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest communications
- Handle and process guest contracts and bookings with precision and speed
- Conduct regular revenue data entry, cross-checks, and performance reporting
- Analyse pricing strategies and adjust rates based on market trends and commercial objectives
- Support operational tasks and ad hoc projects as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Higher education beyond secondary school (e.g. pursuing or completed CIMA, ACA, or similar)
- Experience in hospitality, especially with OTA platforms, is highly desirable
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable decisions
- Clear understanding of key hospitality metrics: RevPAR, occupancy, EBITDA, ADR
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong stakeholder management and commercial judgment
Offer & Work Structure:
- Monday to Friday
- Hybrid work model
- Monthly Compensation: LKR 80,000 to 120,000 (dependant on the experience)
