Opening Positions
SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR – PROJECT
QUALIFICATIONS
- BSC Degree in Quantity Surveying with a minimum 08 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in mechanical projects is an advantage.
- Strong skills in contract administration and commercial management.
- Proven track record in preparing and submitting IPA, IPC, claims, and variation orders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
PLANNING ENGINEER
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in project planning for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims and related documentation.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and other project planning tools.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ideal candidates should be self-motivated, result-oriented, and efficient.
