We Are Hiring: Sales Executive – HORECA Channel

Adhira, a new drinking water brand built on the foundation of quality and trust, is preparing for its official launch. As we gear up to serve excellence, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to lead our entry into the HORECA segment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and manage strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering services
  • Develop strategic sales plans to drive brand visibility and customer acquisition
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain long-term client partnerships
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure product availability and timely delivery

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in selling FMCG or beverages to the HORECA channel
  • Strong industry network and proven ability to convert leads into clients
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and passionate about quality service

Our factory is located in Horana.
