MANAGER PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & KPI MANAGEMENT
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage the company’s Performance Management System
- Develop, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across departments
- Drive performance improvement initiatives to achieve organizational goals
- Collaborate with department heads to align individual and team KPIs with strategic objectives
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proven experience in Performance Management and KPI development (3+ years preferred)
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficient in performance management software and tools
- Age below 37 years
