MANAGER PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & KPI MANAGEMENT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and manage the company’s Performance Management System
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across departments
  • Drive performance improvement initiatives to achieve organizational goals
  • Collaborate with department heads to align individual and team KPIs with strategic objectives
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Performance Management and KPI development (3+ years preferred)
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proficient in performance management software and tools
  • Age below 37 years
