E-commerce Customer Care Officer-Female

We are seeking a talented Customer Care officer Female to join our team. The Ideal candidate should manage to work with:

  • Handling Inquiries: Answer phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication from customers.
  • Problem Solving: Identify customer needs, assess issues, and find effective solutions.
  • Information Provision: Provide accurate, timely, and helpful information to customers.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including issues and resolutions.
  • Follow-up: Ensure that issues are resolved completely and follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers by being helpful, courteous, and empathetic.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers. Knowledge on Tamil would be added an advantage.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze customer issues and find effective solutions.
  • Empathy: Ability to understand and connect with customers' needs and feelings.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Understanding of the products or services being offered to customers.
  • Excellent organizing and multitasking skills.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • May be involved in processing customer accounts and orders.
  • May handle returns, exchanges, or refunds.
  • May assist with marketing or promotional activities.
  • May provide feedback to management on customer issues and needs.
