QUALITY CHECKER
We are looking for a Quality Checker with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for fashion to ensure all merchandise meets our brand's quality standards. This role is essential for delivering premium products and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect fashion merchandise (clothing, footwear, accessories) upon arrival to ensure they meet quality standards and match order specifications.
- Check for defects such as loose threads, incorrect stitching, fabric damage, mislabeling, size inconsistencies, or missing components (e.g., tags, buttons).
- Record inspection results accurately and report recurring issues to the merchandising or buying teams.
- Support the return and replenishment process by identifying and separating faulty or damaged items.
- Ensure all garments meet presentation standards before reaching customers.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience as a Quality Checker or in a similar quality assurance role, preferably in the apparel industry.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying defects.
- Thorough knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and sewing techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
