Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Basic Hearing Tests and consultations
- Hearing Aid Selection & Fitting and provide aftercare services
- Patient counseling
- Customer Support & Aftercare
- Collaborate with audiometricians, audiologists, and other professionals
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Experience or Qualifications in Technical, IT, Sales, Hospitality, and Healthcare
- Holding a degree would be an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for helping others and delivering top-tier care
