HR Executive

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for Talent acquisition and onboarding process ( Asst Manager & below levels)
  • Contribution towards the human capital development to achieve prevailing and future business challenges by executing effective Performance Management & L & D initiatives
  • Ensure the efficient and smooth Operation of HR function
  • Implement initiatives to maintain highly engaged workforce & retain talent
  • Ensure the all regulatory and compliance requirements in HR are fulfilled.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Batchelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in HR
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a star class hotel will be an added advantage
  • Age below 40
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Communication Skill in English & Sinhala

  • Full or Part Professional Qualification in HR
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a star class hotel will be an added advantage
  • Age below 35
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills & Communication Skill in English & Sinhala
