JK Garments (Private) Limited - Seeduwa, a BOI approved modern embellishment and apparel manufacturing plant with over 600 employees, with an industry experience of more than 16 years, catering to world-class sportswear and activewear brands from USA, Europe, Japan and Australia. PATTERN MAKER - APPAREL (JK SEEDUWA)
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sketches and samples forwarded by the buyer, identify buyer requirements, oversee the development of technical samples along with the other relevant parties.
- Assist the technical sample development process by providing technical advise on pattern making / modifications, modifying samples based on buyer comments.
- Ability of making your own styles and arrange the markers for production.
- Attend relevant meetings such as pre-production, startup & risk analysis.
- Customer communication experience would be an added advantage. (writing emails, preparing specification as per the customer requirement, dummy fittings etc.)
- Establish, record and manage tracking tools of critical operations and techniques for all operations.
Ideal candidate should possess
- Certificate or diploma in pattern making, garment technology or relevant professional qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with lectra system.
- Basic knowledge in sublimation / bonding / printing will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, able to work with tight deadlines and work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
