RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT
We are seeking two experienced Recruitment Assistants to support our recruitment efforts. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to handling tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles across different industries.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and clients.
- Manage job postings on multiple job boards and social media channels.
- Maintain and update candidate records in our database.
- Support the recruitment team with various administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR assistant role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with recruitment software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple assignments.
