- Developing aggressive customer retaining strategies based on customer feedback.
- Building positive relationships with customers.

- Ability to work with teams and individually.

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of proven experience in the field of Telesales / Call center.
- Willing to work extra hours.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Other languages such as Hindi, Malayalam added advantage.
- Excellent customer retention skills.
