The Faculty of Computing at SLIIT has more than 170 staff and a growing cohort of undergraduate and postgraduate students. We are looking for talented, enthusiastic and committed individuals for the following position.
Assistant Lecturer (Temporary)
Applicants must hold a 1st or 2nd class honours four-year bachelor’s degree or a 1st or 2nd class honours three-year bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree at SLQF Level 9 equivalent or above in one of the following specializations:
- Computer Science
- Computer Systems Engineering
- Software Engineering
- Computer Systems and Network Engineering
- Interactive Media
- Cyber Security
- Information Systems Engineering
- Data Science
The duties of the above position include conducting tutorial sessions, conducting/assisting with lectures, monitoring/supporting lab practical sessions, and performing other assigned tasks. Excellent communication skills are required.
