Responsibilities
- Check the line loading plan and identify new /repeat styles at the relevant modules
- Re-check and confirm thread consumption
- Participate at PP meeting and communicate on the thread consumption, SMV changers, pre-setting requirements.
- Analyze line performance against calculated Standard minute values whilst re-balancing lines to optimize the output
- Ensure a smooth style change over process takes place and drive team to achieve the set targets.
What you need to have
- Bachelor’s degree, Higher diploma or an equivalent professional qualification
- Overall, 05 years’ experience in SMV improvement, Line balancing, Skill inventory management, skill development
- Experience in method, Operation sequence & handling improvement along with Quick Changeover processes
- Participation to JASTECA – AOTS programs would be added advantage.
- Project Management professional education with Lean Management Certification are preferred
IE Officer
What you need to have
- Over 2 years of IE/Operation experience in the apparel industry.
- SMV improvement, SAH, Line balancing, Operation optimization, Skill inventory management & skill development Method, Operation sequence & handling improvement Quick Changeover processes
- Continues improving and result-oriented mindset.
