Requirements

  • At least five years of previous experience in a similar position
  • Experience and solid knowledge concerning the proper use of cleaning equipment, cleaning solutions and substances
  • Excellent communication and man-management skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (Use of MS Word, MS Excel)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform various functions, which primarily focus on the provision of a supervisory role to ensure effective operational delivery of the cleaning service
  • Recruit, train, oversee and inspect the work performed by the staff, to ensure that all procedures are performed to respected company and client standards
  • Make sure employees are professionally trained in the effective use of all cleaning equipment
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working order
  • Supervise performance of the cleaning team, by visiting the worksite before and after the work is completed
  • Manage the logistics of all men, materials, and equipment to the worksite and back
  • Ensure staff safety at the worksite
  • Manage and motivate the staff through constant engagement
