FULL-TIME | REPORTING TO: MANAGER – HUMAN RESOURCES STRATEGIC PLANNING

Are you passionate about driving impactful reward strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent? We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Executive – Rewards to join our HR team and play a key role in shaping and executing total rewards programs that support business goals and enhance the employee experience. This role offers the opportunity to manage key compensation and benefits processes across multiple countries and contribute to the strategic development of the company’s total rewards framework.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage monthly executive payroll processing for the group.
  • Prepare salary proposals for new hires and issue offer letters/LOAs.
  • Lead the annual salary review and bonus process, including issuing guidelines for performance ratings and increment percentages.
  • Design and propose incentive and benefit plans aligned with business goals and the employee value proposition.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and implement benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local legislation and market trends.
  • Manage HR analytics and reporting, including headcount, employee demographics, HR cost analysis, forecasts, and budget reports.
  • Conduct annual salary benchmarking and benefits reviews to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Manage the full HR budgeting process, including salary and benefits budgeting.
  • Ensure HRIS system data integrity and support data-driven decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources.
  • Fully or partially qualified in CA, CIMA, or another recognized professional finance qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, or Payroll functions.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability for handling HR data, budgeting, and cost analysis.
  • Experience in managing payroll, benefits, performance-based rewards, and salary benchmarking.
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
