SITE SUPERVISOR
NOLIMIT is a leading retail fashion chain in Sri Lanka which started its journey in 1992 and has now grown to be the largest fashion chain in the country employing over 1500 passionate people with 24 Ultra-Modern Showrooms across the island and along with 21 Support Service Departments.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at construction sites. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and instructing the site workers, setting their schedules, and monitoring their performance.
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure that all activities align with the project plan.
- Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any potential hazards immediately.
- Maintain accurate daily reports of site activities and progress updates.
- Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
The ideal candidate should possess
- Obtain a relevant certification such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) certification or any other certification in relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills necessary for managing teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management.
