WE ARE HIRING
SENIOR EXECUTIVE - HUMAN RESOURCES
MALE
- Manage 360 of the recruitment process including, Job Posting, Screening, Hiring, Induction etc.
- Ensure the company policies and procedures are adhered to with the local HR Laws.
- Maintain HR documents and preparation of other necessary documents as required.
- Perform monthly payroll in a smooth way.
- Maintain & Manage petty cash and other Administration job duties.
- Serve as Employees point of contact for their queries.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management or any other professional courses related to HR.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in the field of HR.
- Willing to work on Saturdays.
- Excellent communication skills in English and added advantage for Tamil.
- Knowledge in HR laws and Regulations.
