TRAINEE QUALITY CONTROLLER (WATTALA)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting regular inspections of incoming raw materials, tea packaging processes, and finished products to identify defects or inconsistencies and ensure that products meet quality standards.
- Help maintain accurate records of inspections and assist in preparing reports on quality issues and their resolutions.
- Follow company policies and industry regulations and stay informed about any changes to ensure compliance.
- Work with experienced team members to understand the root causes of quality issues and assist in implementing solutions, gaining hands-on experience in quality control practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts by suggesting ideas and learning how to implement enhancements to quality control processes and product quality.
Prerequisites:
- Passed G.C.E. (A/L) with three subjects (Biological Science stream)
