DEBT COLLECTOR
We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Debt Collector to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to recover outstanding payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Academic Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/AAT/ Degree in a recognized university would be added advantage.
- Successfully completed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L)
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related field is required.
- Good command of written and spoken English language with computer literacy.
- Should be a self-organized with the ability to work with minimum guidance.
- Should strictly follow HSE guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Should be disciplined and a team player with high integrity.
- Should be able to work extended hours if required.
- Living in and around Colombo will be an advantage.
- Valid riding/driving license is an advantage (if field visits are required).
Duties & Responsibilities
- Visit clients or debtors in the field as required to ensure effective collections.
- Handover invoices and other relevant documents to clients.
- Coordinate with the accounts and legal teams to resolve disputes or delays.
