JOB ROLE
Manage to handle hotline phone and membership sales and inquiries, welcome guests, distribute locker keys, show amenities and service. Respond to guests issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS
- Able to work in Shift basis.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
- Good knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel & Google sheet.
- Good PR skills.
- Resident around Colombo area.
