We currently have exciting opportunities for a Caffè Manager and Baristas to join Segafredo Caffè Sri Lanka. Segafredo Caffè is a globally-established cafe franchise that is expanding operations to Colombo.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Caffè Manager
- Manage day-to-day cafe operations
- Lead, train, and motivate staff
- Ensure high customer service standards
- Oversee inventory and ordering
- Drive sales and profitability
- Ensure health and safety compliance
- Barista
- Prepare and serve coffee beverages
- Handle customer orders efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area
- Operate the cash register

- Caffè Manager
- Proven leadership in hospitality
- Strong customer service skills
