We are currently looking for an energetic and committed Executive / Junior Executive – Administration to join our team and support our day to day operations.

EXECUTIVE / JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - ADMINISTRATION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls and hotline inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Raise sales orders through the system with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Regularly follow up and update content on the company website.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to check and update chair stock availability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Quantity Surveying team.
  • Ensure smooth daily coordination with two furniture manufacturing plants.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support the sales and operations teams.

Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Administration, Business, or related field.
  • Prior experience in administration or customer service will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with sales order processing systems is preferred.
