Junior Executive - Logistic / Executive - Logistic
We are on the lookout for an experienced supply chain Executive to ensure our supply chain and logistics operations function properly. The candidates should have an analytical mind and a strong business acumen. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
Candidate Profile:
- Age between 25 to 40 years
- Candidates from close proximity is preferred to Gampaha
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management from a recognized university.
- More than 2 years of working experience in supply Chain / Logistic Operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience and knowledge in MS Office Package and ERP Systems handling.
- Sound knowledge in inventory management and handling all stock related functions including GRNS, arranging maintaining and issuing of inventories independently.
- Having a sound knowledge in warehouse operation including TIEP requirements, stock maintenance, physical management of warehouse material/documentation / warehouse environment.
- Knowledge in analyzing data, suggest solutions and leading for initiatives.
- Previous Experience in FMCG industry is an additional advantage.
- Attention to details, problem solving mindset and resilient under pressure with minimum supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain FG warehouse inventories as per the plan.
- Achieve IBL & OBL KPIs (DIFOT, stock variance, days on hand, customer service etc.)
- Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Production divisions for smooth operation & customer service.
- Maintain FIFO in inventories.
- Take 100% ownership & responsibility in assigned tasks.
- Suggestions of new logistic models to improve and enhance the operation to manage the distribution process.
- Carry out monthly or random stock verifications and report any variations to the directors.
- Maintain accurate records in stores, Ensure high inventory accuracy in stores.
