Executive - Operations Head Office
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Processing credit files adhering to internal and external credit guidelines and compliance requirements to ensure zero errors before credit approval.
- Responsible for RMV transfer process and After transfer CR Process.
- Issuance of letters requested by the customers.
- Effectively coordinate with entire branch network to ensure smooth business operation.
- Support vehicle insurance process.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- BSc. in Business Management or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
- Should have a minimum of 01 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Ability to strategize and solve problems.
- A good team player, adaptability to change, and good communication skills.
