Executive - Operations Head Office

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Processing credit files adhering to internal and external credit guidelines and compliance requirements to ensure zero errors before credit approval.
  • Responsible for RMV transfer process and After transfer CR Process.
  • Issuance of letters requested by the customers.
  • Effectively coordinate with entire branch network to ensure smooth business operation.
  • Support vehicle insurance process.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • BSc. in Business Management or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Should have a minimum of 01 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems.
  • A good team player, adaptability to change, and good communication skills.
