Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction and building materials industry
  • Strong understanding of industry dynamics and market trends
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify emerging trends, market needs, and potential opportunities
  • Identify and visit project sites
  • Analyze competitors and monitor industry trends
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and promptly address client inquiries
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Prepare project costings and quotations
  • Achieve assigned sales and collection targets
