L&D Operational Specialist
We are looking for a dynamic individual to be the spokesperson for the firm’s L&D function.
As the L&D Operational Specialist, your role will be pivotal to ensuring the execution of all training needs from coordinating with participants, vendors to maintaining an up-to-date administrative function to meet the training standards, goals and objectives of the firm.
With the right skills, attitude and mindset, this role will be fulfilling as you create pathways for every individual to become the best version of themselves.
Who are we looking for?
- To represent the L&D function across the firm adhering to high service level and communication standards.
- To carry a positive can-do attitude towards all training initiatives across the local firms.
- To roll out creative initiatives internally at the firm to ensure high participation rates for the scheduled trainings.
- Launch scheduled training according to the training calendar ensuring adherence to the budget with Supervisor oversight. Being able to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously will be an additional advantage.
- Oversee the pre, during and post administrative aspects of on-going training.
- Ensure accurate management of the firm’s LMS in line with global requirements apply personnel, gather information, and discuss findings.
