Content and Branding Associate

Location: HQ - Colombo, Sri Lanka

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear, engaging content across digital, print, and internal platforms in line with brand voice and guidelines
  • Write, edit, and proofread marketing and corporate communications
  • Assist in content planning and calendar management for campaigns and channels
  • Support brand storytelling and campaign ideation across touchpoints
  • Coordinate the delivery of branded collateral and communications to global stations
  • Work closely with creative and regional teams to execute campaigns and activations
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality control across all content and assets
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to support creative development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, media, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a content or branding role; a communications background is essential, preferably in an agency setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – this is mandatory
  • Strong writing and editing skills across formats (e.g. digital, print, video scripts)
  • Solid understanding of brand tone, storytelling, and visual alignment
  • Familiarity with collaborative platforms like SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables
  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage
