Content and Branding Associate
Location: HQ - Colombo, Sri Lanka
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop clear, engaging content across digital, print, and internal platforms in line with brand voice and guidelines
- Write, edit, and proofread marketing and corporate communications
- Assist in content planning and calendar management for campaigns and channels
- Support brand storytelling and campaign ideation across touchpoints
- Coordinate the delivery of branded collateral and communications to global stations
- Work closely with creative and regional teams to execute campaigns and activations
- Ensure brand consistency and quality control across all content and assets
- Conduct research and benchmarking to support creative development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, media, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a content or branding role; a communications background is essential, preferably in an agency setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – this is mandatory
- Strong writing and editing skills across formats (e.g. digital, print, video scripts)
- Solid understanding of brand tone, storytelling, and visual alignment
- Familiarity with collaborative platforms like SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage
