Senior Executive – Raw Material Stores

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store raw materials as per standard procedures.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory control using QB.
- Coordinate with procurement and production departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders as needed.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and identification of raw materials.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
- Comply with safety, health, and quality standards in the storage area.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of supervisors and warehouse assistants.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in raw material or warehouse management.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office suite.
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Preference will be given to the candidate within the age group of 25 to 40 and residing close to Bandaragama and Horana areas.
