Manufacturing Engineer
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role in an industrial or production setting.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, and materials.
- Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD and CAM software and other relevant engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality products on time at the agreed budget.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of products.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues.
- Maintain and improve safety standards on the production floor.
- Prepare and update manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flows.
- Conduct tests, analyze data, and prepare reports to ensure product compliance with quality standards.
