INTERN - FACILITIES (WATTALA)
JOB PROFILE
- Support Transport Unit by assisting with scheduling, coordinating vehicle movements and monitoring transport requests
- Assist Housekeeping Unit with daily task assignments, quality checks, and reporting on hygiene standards
- Assist F&B Unit in coordinating food services logistics, report creations and assist Executive Chef with weekly updates on timely meal deliveries
- Assist in inventory checks, basic stock management and support audits when required
- Participate in facility related projects, process improvements and special initiatives and follow hospital safety, infection control and confidentiality guidelines
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Dynamic individual who is currently pursuing or recently completed Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Facility Management, or a related field
- Individual who is willing to learn, take the initiatives and responsible for assigned tasks
- Should have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be well proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
