We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Sales Executive to join our One Galle Face & Colombo 05 Showrooms team immediately. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to work weekends to meet business demands. The ideal candidate must live in the surrounding area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
- Assist in daily sales operations and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive in-store sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain product knowledge and assist customers with inquiries.
- Ensure the showroom is organized and displays are properly maintained.
Requirements:
- Candidates residing near Colombo 05 or One Galle Face are encouraged to apply.
- A recognized undergraduate qualification is required; prior sales experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work on weekends as required by showroom operations.
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer engagement.
