Promotions Executive
The Promotional Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all brand-related promotional activities with a strong focus on field execution. This role demands high energy, creativity, and a hands-on approach to ensure brand visibility and consumer engagement across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Should plan, coordinate, and execute all promotional activities related to brands.
- Take full ownership of executing field-level brand activations, consumer engagement campaigns, in-store promotions, trade events, and merchandising.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, event agencies, promoters, and distributors to ensure timely and efficient execution of promotional activities.
- Be actively present in the field to monitor activations, ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess execution quality, gather feedback, and identify improvement areas.
- Track the effectiveness of promotions and provide post-activity feedback with key learnings for improvement.
- Ensure promotions are executed within the allocated budget and maintain accurate records of all expenses.
Key Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management or CIM/SLIM full or part Qualification.
- Energetic, outgoing personality with a passion for fieldwork preferably a male candidate with 1–3 years of experience in conducting promotional activities, trade marketing, or brand activation, preferably in FMCG or retail.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as required by promotional schedules.
- You should possess a valid riding and driving license.
- Age below 40 years.
