Junior Executive - SMMT
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and field-oriented individual to join our retail team as a Junior Executive – SMMT (Small, Medium & Modern Trade).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow small, medium, and modern trade accounts in the Western Province
- Ensure product visibility, merchandising standards, and stock availability at all outlets
- Maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail partners
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams on promotions and campaigns
- Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or retail trade (FMCG preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Western Province
- Valid motorbike or vehicle license is a must
- A team player with a positive and energetic attitude
- School leavers with strong passion in field sales are also encouraged to apply
