Quality Assurance Manager
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA operations at our facility in Dunagaha. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth industry knowledge, and a passion for maintaining the highest standards of quality across all processes.
REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Proven knowledge of quality assurance practices & standards within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office & prior experience and confidence in working with ERP systems is a must.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala and excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams & ensure quality compliance.
- Work Location will be Dunagaha, Minuwangoda.
