Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Review financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to optimize resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through strategic planning and analysis.
- Implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets and data.
- Lead and mentor finance teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Review consolidations of group financials.
- Oversee costing and management reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Member of CA/CIMA/ACCA.
- A Master's in Business Administration is an added advantage.
- 5 years of work experience in financial management, with a track record in leadership roles in a manufacturing organization.
- Conversant in the consolidation of financial statements of a group.
- Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulatory compliance, and financial standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong leadership capabilities and ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
