Our client, a leading Group of Companies in U.A.E. with 10,000+ work force and business sectors with 6 Global Automotive Brands, Energy, Industrial, Real Estate, Investments & Construction require the following.
ARCHITECT ENGINEERS
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering
- Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers/managers, clients and other external contacts.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- English proficiency in Arabic language is an additional skill.
- Very good knowledge and skills in various software technical programs such as CAD, AutoCAD, Adobe etc.
- 2 years of experience or more.
Roles:
- Coordinate between Architecture, Structure and MEP disciplines.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between all sub-contractors and find the solution for technical problems, if any.
- Attend Weekly Technical Meetings with Subcontractors and prepare the Minutes of Meeting for record purposes.
- Responsible for team of draftsmen and the preparation of architectural shop drawings for submission.
- Raising Request for Information (RFI) when required.
- Submit the materials as per specification and follow with consultant.
- Attend the progress meeting with the projects Engineers.
- Follow-up the execution of work as per specified sections, drawings, Method statements, Local Authorities’ requirements and raise clarification through internal memo if required.
- Inspecting Site for all Civil, Structural, Infrastructures and Finishing work, including but not limited to, painting, block work, plaster, insulation boards, floor finishes, landscape works, roads, pavors, kerbs, parking layouts, curtain walling, cladding etc.
Authorities:
- Evaluation of reports / data determined by entitled department/section in connection to the completion of the Project Cost.
- Confirmation of material and give directive to involve individual if reconsideration is required.
- Permit/Declined system modification subsequent to profound analysis of its advantage and disadvantage.
Communication:
- Internal: Project Technical Manager / Construction Manager; Draftsmen
- External: Clients
Additional Information:
- They require Quantity Surveyors (Project) for their construction division urgently.
- Salary & other benefits will be negotiable during the MS Team Interview.
- Accommodation, Medical and Transportation will be provided with a contract period of 2 years & renewable.
