Job Description
The Job:
- Seeking an experienced Senior Pattern Maker to join our Intimate Cluster team. Must have a strong background in bras and intimates, with excellent technical skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate patterns for bras and intimate apparel using the Tuka system.
- Interpret design sketches and transform them into functional patterns.
- Collaborate closely with design, technical, and sample room teams to ensure fit and quality.
- Maintain and update pattern libraries in line with seasonal collections.
- Independently manage pattern development from concept through production.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Textile & Clothing Technology, Apparel Production, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in pattern making specifically in bras and intimates.
- Strong proficiency in Tuka pattern-making system.
- Diploma or degree in Pattern Making from a recognized institute.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about garment construction and fit.
