IT SERVICE DESK MANAGER

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong background in process implementation and management desired
  • Deep knowledge of Office 365 suite, Freshdesk and JIRA is essential
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, RingCentral or similar systems advantageous
  • Clear and confident communicator Strong management skills
  • Able to work 9.00 am–5.30 pm UK time Monday–Friday with on call rota
