Competencies
- Minimum of 04 - 05 years of experience in similar role in a commercial or industrial building
- Experience in handling MEP work and repair & maintenance work related to plant & machinery
- Qualified/ Following NVQ Level 03 or other relevant qualifications in the field of MEP
- Knowledge in office premises maintenance
Scope & Responsibilities
- Assist with electrical work, including inspections of generators, air conditioning, and lighting systems
- Engage in repair and maintenance activities related to plant & machinery and building systems
- Participate in scheduled inspections and servicing as part of the annual preventive maintenance plan
- Coordinate with the site manager and perform corrective actions as needed
- Support broader maintenance activities such as plumbing, carpentry, and painting
