We are looking for a Service Engineer
Panasian Power PLC (PAP) is a leading supplier of clean, renewable energy to Sri Lanka's national energy grid. Established in 2002 with support from the Board of Investment, PAP operates three Mini-Hydro Power Plants with ground and rooftop solar plants to provide affordable, sustainable, and reliable energy to the country. We are looking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Service Engineer,
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying the faults / breakdown of Solar PV systems and do the necessary arrangements to repair/correct those.
- Technical coordination with customers, sub-contractors and supervising the technical installation.
- Maintaining & updating the spare parts and spare inverter stock reports.
- Programming the Online Monitoring systems in Solar PV projects and send daily generation updates for Rooftop solar project.
- Provide support on inverter commissioning for new EPC customers.
- Warranty activation for new inverters by coordinating the customer.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in electrical and electronics engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a service engineer, preferably in the energy or construction industry.
- Field service and technical support experience will be added advantage.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
