Distance Learning Centre Ltd. (DLC) is a fully State Owned Institute functioning under the Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils, and Local Government. DLC is a credible Training Service Provider for Local and International Clients through high responsiveness, Technical Support, Superior Infrastructure, Client-Focused Hospitality, and flexible Management Processes to retain credibility and consolidate Service Users.
DLC is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Audit Trainee or Audit Intern to join our Team. The selected candidate will work closely with both the Internal Auditor and the Finance and Administration Manager of the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting Internal Audits of Various Departments and Processes.
- Support the Preparation and Review of Financial Documents and Reports.
- Ensure Compliance with Internal Controls and Institutional Policies.
- Participate in the Analysis of Financial Data and Assist with Risk Assessments.
- Contribute to the Documentation of Audit Findings and Recommendations.
- Provide Support to Finance and Administrative Tasks as Needed / on request.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related or.
- Fully Qualified in AAT / Part Qualified in CASL.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Especially Excel.
- Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
- High Level of Integrity and Attention to Detail.
- Provide Support to Finance and Administrative Tasks as Needed / on request.
