Lead Engineer - System Administration
JOB PROFILE
- Take a lead role in implementing state of art technologies to cater efficient and productive technical solutions for centralized server infrastructure
- Researching and recommending cutting edge technologies for the appropriate system infrastructure, databases and application requirements
- Maintain the Windows, Linux and Solaris servers infrastructure including patch / vulnerability management
- In – depth analysis of issues in the systems and identify root causes and provide resolutions
- Performance tuning, capacity planning and resource optimization
APPLICANT'S PROFILE
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Information Technology / Computer Science which is recognized by the University Grants Commission
- Minimum three (03) years of experience as a Server / System Administrator in a Data center
- Professional qualifications such as RHCE or MCSE is required
- VCTA / VCP certifications are added advantages
- Experience and deep knowledge in implementation and troubleshooting system issues using Application Performance Monitoring tools will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in Kubernetes, Openshift, Docker, CI-CD and Common Scripting Tools are added advantages
- Excellent Project Management Skills and strong problem solving skills
