Job description
- Create and manage roster every week.
- Lead and support the customer service team across chat and calls.
- Monitor performance and ensure quick response times.
- Coordinate with fulfillment partners for timely deliveries.
- Guide the team through quick order processing and admin tasks.

Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Strong sense of time management and ability to handle pressure & multitask.
- Fluent in English and Sinhala.
- Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done with a proactive attitude.
- Working knowledge of Excel/Sheets.
- Able to commute to and from work (Colombo 03).
