Team Leader: Customer Service

Job description

  • Create and manage roster every week.
  • Lead and support the customer service team across chat and calls.
  • Monitor performance and ensure quick response times.
  • Coordinate with fulfillment partners for timely deliveries.
  • Guide the team through quick order processing and admin tasks.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Strong sense of time management and ability to handle pressure & multitask.
  • Fluent in English and Sinhala.
  • Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done with a proactive attitude.
  • Working knowledge of Excel/Sheets.
  • Able to commute to and from work (Colombo 03).
