REQUIREMENTS:

  • Call center/customer service experience preferred
  • Strategic leadership skills, Fast learner and Passion for sales
  • Exceptional listening and relationship building skills
  • Fluent in English and Sinhala. Proficiency in Tamil language is a plus
  • Below 30

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Introducing our services to new prospective leads
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets through successful calls
  • Provide clients the highest level of service in a timely manner
