REQUIREMENTS:
- Call center/customer service experience preferred
- Strategic leadership skills, Fast learner and Passion for sales
- Exceptional listening and relationship building skills
- Fluent in English and Sinhala. Proficiency in Tamil language is a plus
- Below 30
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Introducing our services to new prospective leads
- Achieve daily and monthly targets through successful calls
- Provide clients the highest level of service in a timely manner
