Bartender/ Barman
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/ Barman to join our team at W15 Weligama.
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests following standardized recipes and guest preferences.
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience by engaging with guests, understanding their preferences, and offering recommendations.
- Ensure the bar area, equipment, and utensils are clean, sanitized, and well-organized.
- Monitor and manage stock levels of bar supplies, including beverages, garnishes, and other materials.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations.
- Work closely with the kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure seamless service.
- Proven experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or similar environment.
- Solid understanding of mixology, including classic and modern cocktails, wine, and spirits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Restaurant Captain/ Waiter
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for a Restaurant Captain to oversee the dining floor, ensuring smooth service flow and a memorable guest experience.
- You will deliver a high-quality customer service.
- Greet and engage guests, ensuring each is warmly welcome and promptly seated.
- Communicate with the kitchen and bar to coordinate timely and accurate order delivery.
- Take Lead on VIP and special events service, creating a polished and attractive dining experience.
- Manage guest feedback with professionalism, resolving any concerns to satisfaction.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and setup within the dining area.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on guest experience and attention to detail.
