HR EXECUTIVE
Medisurg is seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our team. We are a leading organization in the healthcare industry, committed to excellence and innovation.
Key responsibilities include recruitment, payroll coordination, managing employee records, handling grievances, implementing HR policies, organizing training, and supporting performance management.
Requirements:
- A degree in HRM, PQHRM part/full or diploma in HRM or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Age between 25–32 will get attracted.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Female Candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems is an advantage.
