Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Education from a recognized university or institute.
- AMI Qualification is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Montessori / preschool setting.
- Fluent in English, Sinhala and Tamil.
- Genuine passion for early childhood education.
- Highly organized and people oriented.
